- Photos, if the item is damaged or defective
We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), you’ll cover the return cost
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Items marked “non-returnable” in the listing
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

- Then email us for follow-up
8. AliExpress Supplier Returns
Because some products are shipped directly from AliExpress suppliers:
- Return shipping may go directly to the supplier’s location
- Processing times may vary
- We’ll guide you through the supplier’s return process
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed for shipping.
